Chief Instructor
Jon started his aviation career in the Royal Air Force. For 18 years until 2011 he was employed as an Assistant Air Traffic Controller and Air Traffic Controller, both in the UK and overseas. He spent a large percentage of that time delivering both operational and theoretical training.
In 2011, Jon left the Royal Air Force and undertook his Basic, ADI and APS Civil ATC courses at Global ATS.
He was employed at Norwich Airport, initially as an ATCO but most recently as the Senior Air Traffic Controller.
Passionate about professional training, facilitation and innovative delivery, Jon joined Global ATS in August 2018 as the Chief Instructor.
